Maggi-with a Twist We have made made, ate Maggi in many styles may be, but today I hereby want to share with all a new style of making Maggi. Hope everyone likes the same. Ingredients: 1. Maggi 2. Onions 3. Green Chilli 4. Soya Sauce 5. Red Chilli Sauce 6. Maggi Masala Magic 7. Black Pepper Process: 1. Boil just Maggi without masala added. Dont boil too much, just keep the same half boiled. Drain the water and keep the maggi aside. Add some oil in the Maggi, to make it slippery and not sticky. 2. In a frying pan, add some oil. Put chopped onions, sliced green chillies, and fry till golden brown. 3. Add Maggi Masala, bit of Maggi Masala Magic, bit of Soya sauce, Red chilli sauce, Black Pepper and mix well. Add some water to make it a bit gravy. 4. Now add the boiled Maggi in the pan and mix well. When the gravy dries out a bit, serve hot.
